How do I get a quote from Capital Wash & Seal?

Call or text (343) 326-0999, email info@capitalwashandseal.ca, or use the quote form on our Contact page. Tell us about the surface, its approximate size, and the service you're interested in, and we'll follow up with a written quote before any work begins.

Which areas around Ottawa do you serve?

We serve Ottawa and the surrounding communities, including Kanata, Barrhaven, Orleans, Nepean, Stittsville, Manotick, Riverside South, Alta Vista, Vanier, Carp, Richmond, Greely, Cumberland, Rockcliffe Park, Metcalfe and Osgoode. See our Service Areas page for details, or reach out with your address if you don't see your community listed.

Do you work through the winter?

Sealing needs dry weather and above-freezing temperatures to cure properly, so most sealing work happens from late spring through fall. Pressure washing and soft washing can often be scheduled outside that window depending on conditions. Reach out and we'll confirm what's realistic for the season.

What happens if it rains on the day my job is scheduled?

Pressure washing can sometimes proceed in light rain, but sealing needs a dry surface and dry weather to cure properly. If the forecast doesn't cooperate, we'll reach out to reschedule for the next suitable day rather than seal over a wet or actively rained-on surface.

Do you need access to water or power at my property?

Our crews bring their own pressure washing equipment. Access to an outdoor water tap is helpful and is confirmed when we schedule the job; if access is limited, let us know when you request your quote so we can plan around it.

How quickly will I hear back after requesting a quote?

We reply within one business day of receiving your request. From there, we'll confirm the scope, size and any access details before sending a written quote with the price locked in before any work starts.

How long does sealer take to cure before I can use the surface?

Cure time depends on the sealer and surface, but most driveway, patio and interlock sealers need at least 24 to 48 hours of dry weather before foot traffic and longer before vehicle traffic. We'll walk you through the exact timeline for your surface and sealer when we confirm your quote.

How should I prepare my property before the crew arrives?

Move vehicles, patio furniture and any loose items off the surface being worked on, and let us know about garden beds, delicate plantings or fixtures nearby so the crew can work carefully around them. We'll cover anything else specific to your job when we confirm the appointment.
