Possibly. We've listed the communities we work in most, but our service radius extends a bit beyond what's listed. Send us your address and we'll confirm right away whether it's within range.
Does pricing change depending on which area of Ottawa I'm in?
Pricing is based on the size and condition of your surface, not your postal code, though a longer drive for more distant communities can be a small factor in scheduling rather than price.
Do you serve rural properties outside the main Ottawa neighbourhoods?
Yes, we regularly work in Osgoode, Metcalfe, Greely, Carp, and similar rural and semi-rural communities, including longer driveways and larger properties that urban crews sometimes turn away.
How far in advance do I need to book in a specific area?
Lead time varies by season rather than by neighbourhood. Spring and early summer book up fastest across every area we serve, so booking a few weeks ahead gets you the widest choice of dates.
Do you serve both residential streets and commercial properties in the same area?
Yes, most of our service areas include a mix of residential driveways, condo and townhouse complexes, and commercial lots or storefronts, and we schedule all three types within the same community.
Do you charge extra for travel to communities farther from central Ottawa?
Most of our listed service areas carry no separate travel charge. For a handful of the farthest-out rural communities, any travel consideration is disclosed clearly in your quote before you book, never added afterward.
Are your crews familiar with the specific conditions in each community?
Yes. Older neighbourhoods with mature tree cover clean differently than newer subdivisions with young trees and less shade, and rural properties often have longer driveways and well water considerations. We factor all of that into how each job is scheduled and quoted.
Can I get service across more than one property in different areas?
Yes, property managers, landlords, and homeowners with a second property elsewhere in our service area can book multiple addresses together, and we're happy to coordinate scheduling across all of them.
What should I do if I'm right on the edge of your service area?
Send us your address either way. Boundaries aren't exact, and we'd rather confirm the details with you directly than have you guess based on a map and skip a job we could have taken on.
